Chasity kuttrus
Chasity has deep and diverse experience across the human capital spectrum that serves as the foundation of her success as an Executive Coach. This broad experience has created an impressive portfolio of engagements in working with a variety of functions and industries. Chasity has coached wide range of professionals including, C Level Executives, New Managers, Non-Profit Leaders, Entrepreneurs and those seeking clarity in “next”.
Chasity brings many years of Human Resources, Recruiting and Executive Coaching expertise to the organization. She started her career at Andersen Consulting driving the HR and Recruiting efforts for central Ohio. She sharpened her skills in project management in her next role at CompuCom Systems, a technology consulting organization based in Dallas, Texas. While at CompuCom, Chasity managed the entire regional Human Resources effort. She then held the position of Human Resources Executive for the America’s at NCR in Dayton, Ohio. Chasity spent ten years as a Partner with Ray and Barney group prior to founding Executive Elements in 2009, an executive coaching firm specializing in leadership development. She is currently a partner at LifeLaunch, a firm specializing in helping clients ‘launch’ to next through retirement coaching.
She is also a Past Chair of the board at the YWCA whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. Chasity sat on the board at The Ohio State University advisory council for Business Builders. She is a Christian Bible Study Host for Women in Business. She was recognized as a “40 Under 40” in 2005, a Columbus “Woman to Watch” in 2006 and an alumnus of the Leadership Dublin class of 2010. In 2012, she was honored as one of Deloitte’s Wise Women.
Chasity is incredibly passionate about developing, supporting and encouraging her clients to define ‘success’ on their own terms. She loves learning and has a natural gift to communicate sincerely and effectively. She gives her energy, her time and her talents to her clients and her community. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from The Ohio State University and her Executive Certificate from e-Cornell University in Women & Leadership. She is a certified retirement coach and during the pandemic was also certified through Johns Hopkins in Psychological First Aid. She is married to Jack Kuttrus and they have two children.
